What I'm Building

Live

SaddleSync

Equestrian SaaS · Barn Management

Lesson scheduling platform for equestrian barns. Built because a barn owner I know was drowning in scheduling chaos and every existing tool tried to do too much. Multi-tenant SaaS with Stripe Connect for payment processing. Simple by design.

Built for analysts and newsrooms who need to see correlations across domains. Currently approaching demo with broadcast journalism interest.

The Background

I spent 12 years at Nexstar Media Group — the largest television station owner in the United States. I ran creative operations for FOX59 and CBS4 Indianapolis, two flagship affiliates reaching more than a million viewers a week.

That meant managing a team of designers, a $1.2 million budget, and 400+ projects a year in a 24/7 live broadcast environment where every mistake aired in front of a million people. I built the SOPs, governance frameworks, and QA systems that made it work. Those frameworks were later adopted across additional Nexstar markets.

I led enterprise rebrands, produced 100+ motion graphics packages a year, managed vendor relationships, and trained every new hire who walked through the door. Along the way I became one of three company-wide experts during a major platform transition — after teaching myself the system in two weeks by sitting in on training sessions I wasn't originally assigned to.

That decade-plus of systems thinking — figuring out what breaks, what scales, and what people actually need to do their jobs — is the foundation I build on now. The tools changed. The instinct didn't.
